Debby Kermer, Analyst
Debby Kermer is an Analyst at the Analyst Institute. She received an M.A. in Social Psychology from the University of Virginia with Timothy Wilson as her primary advisor. Her research focused on emotion and uncertainty, including affective forecasting and the consequences of sense-making on judgments and decisions. Prior to joining the Analyst Institute, Debby was a Research Analyst at the Center for Survey Research, a unit of the Weldon Cooper Center for Public Service at UVA run by Tom Guterbock. She is also a graduate of Willamette University, where she earned a B.S. in Psychology.
